Line the players up in a two rows facing each other.
The drill starts with player 1 and 7 passing the ball to player 4 and 10.
Player 1 and 7 follow the ball to the row on the other side.
Player 4 and 10 touch the ball once to get control and place it in front of their passing feet.
Later the passing foot should be altered.
After the 1 touch control. Player 4 and 10 pass the ball to player 8 and 2.
Player 4 and 10 go to the opposite side.
After this the drill repeats itself.
