You can choose between an EBP or PDF file attachment.

EBP is playbooks own file format; the receiver needs a playbook (same or higher version number) program to be able to view this. With the EBP format the play can be animated and edited by the receiver.

PDF files can be read with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When you enter your mail preferences then the internal e-mail client of the playbook program will be used and the following options will be available.

After that the send play dialog will open:

The To and CC (Carbon Copy) fields can be filled with one or more e-mail addresses (separate the e-mail addresses with a ;).

Pressing the more (...) button behind the TO or CC field will open the built-in e-mail address book.

The pre filled subject field can be altered and some additional information can be entered in the Text area.

Connect to the Internet and press the send button.

If you are on dial-up, when done don't forget to disconnect.
